Hi, I am Doctor Jason Ballweg, a chiropractor in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. While I specialize in treating athletes and active individuals, I also treat patients of all ages and levels of activity.

I started at LSM as a patient, receiving care for sports injuries throughout my high school athletic career. This experience ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in chiropractic. I now have the pleasure of helping people get well every day, including the next generation of student-athletes.

One of my favorite aspects of my job is the variety - each patient differs in lifestyle, physical challenges, and desired treatment outcomes.

I would be honored to be your chiropractor and a part of your healthcare team. To better help athletes, I've undergone training in myofascial techniques, treatment of sports injuries, and extremity injuries. I approach each case with sincerity, caring, and a can-do attitude. I believe listening to my patients is of the utmost importance.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, any outdoor activity, hanging out on the family farm, playing Sheepshead, and watching Wisconsin sports.

Hi, I am Doctor Jeffrey Horkan, a chiropractor in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. While I specialize in rehabilitating patients after an accident or injury, as a family chiropractor, I treat individuals of all ages for pain and management of medical conditions.

I am a native of South Central Wisconsin and an avid Badger and Packer fan. I enjoy the natural outdoors, golfing, hiking, and adventure sports. I also enjoy reading and coaching youth sports. I am an active leader in the Sun Prairie and Watertown communities. My family includes my wife, Tori, a speech pathologist, and our three sons, Grant, Samuel, and Ryan.

I became a chiropractor after personally experiencing rapid pain relief from a sports injury I sustained in high school. What I have come to appreciate further is how amazing the human body is, created with an innate intelligence to protect, heal, and balance itself.

By addressing the burden of negative thoughts, traumas, and toxins, chiropractic care has the unique ability to clear symptomatology, release emotional garbage, and improve vital life force energy. Chiropractic adjustments assist in removing physical joint fixations, muscular and fascial adhesions, while increasing the nervous system flow to support a healthier frame and terrain. For me, chiropractic care has always been about helping others help themselves, from the inside out!

Although every care plan is customized to the individual’s needs, some of my favorite patients to work with are expectant moms. Prenatal chiropractic care supports pelvic alignment, shorter labor times, less medical interventions, and quicker recovery for a smooth transition into motherhood. Also, spinal checks for infants is a great way to set the family up for success with breastfeeding, sleep cycles, and overall infant wellness.

Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son out on the lake and at our family cabin up north. I practice self-care strategies like Emotional Tapping, essential oils, sound baths, and guided meditation.

Hi, I am Doctor Michaela Powers, a chiropractor in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. I am passionate about sports and specialize in treating sports injuries and sports rehabilitation. As a family chiropractor, I treat patients of all ages for various medical conditions, injuries, and accidents.

I am particularly interested in TMJ dysfunction revolving around soft tissue release techniques.

I use my experience as a national athlete to help my patients increase their overall body performance, emphasizing injury prevention through all things Chiropractic. I was a member of the Singapore Bowling Federation, representing Singapore from junior to world-level competitions (I was once ranked World #2 at the AMF World Bowling Tour – Australian leg).

Outside the clinic, I enjoy HIIT training, baking/cooking, reading, and spending time with family.
